On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), directly adjacent to a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 x 1.90 m). The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The toilet is separate. For guests who wish to combine work and vacation, a home office is also available. The coast with its beautiful sandy beaches is easily accessible. Nearby, on Lake Saint-Renan, waterskiing is offered – a special experience for all ages. This vacation home is ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy comfort, tranquility, and proximity to the sea – any time of year.
